How does Azure Application Firewall work?

Azure Application Firewall is an intelligent, cloud-native network firewall security service that provides you with best-in-class threat protection for cloud workloads running on Azure. TLS inspection

Azure Firewall Premium

Azure Firewall Standard

It provides threat intelligence feeds and L3-L7 filtering directly from Microsoft Cyber Security. Threat intelligence-based filtering can send alerts and deny traffic to or from malicious domains and IP addresses that are known and updated in real time to protect against new and emerging attacks.

Azure Firewall Manager

You can use Azure Firewall Manager to centrally manage Azure Firewall instances across multiple subscriptions. Firewall Manager leverages firewall policy to apply a common set of network or application rules and settings to tenant firewalls.
